Coronavirus Update:

In an effort to adhere to the “Physical Distancing” recommended by Governor DeWine and Dr. Acton, Falls PC Clinic is implementing the following procedures, effective Monday, March 23, 2020:

Our store will be open but the doors will remain locked.
All consultations will be made by calling the store at 440-235-3588
or emailing service@fallspcclinic.com.
Please do not come up to the store without calling first.

A “Drop Off Time” will be scheduled over the phone. If it is possible for us to fix the problem remotely, we will offer that as an option.

When you are dropping off a computer at your scheduled time, you will leave your computer outside, where workers will immediately bring it into the store. Rest assured, your computer will not be sitting outside. This allows our employees to safely clean your computer before working on it, and keeps traffic out of our store. Our space is quaint- and we love it that way- but when we are trying to adhere to the “6 feet rule”, traffic in and out of the store can make that rule challenging.

When dropping off your computer, we ask that you place a post-it note, or a sheet of paper with the following information:

Your name
Your phone number
Your email address
Any passwords for the computer or programs
A brief description of what is going on with your device
